Sei-Ki with Kyoko Kishi, automn
Sei-Ki – What does non doing mean?

When your body knows this from experience, your actions will be based on serenity and you will be able to see reality.
Sei-Ki is free and direct. When we engage with the present moment, what needs to be done becomes clear. Sei-Ki is a great enrichment for any kind of bodywork.
In resonance with vitality, Ki can be experienced directly. The breath changes, the body begins to open up and reveals its needs. The person finds their way back to their natural movement, which has a self-regulating effect. With the support of Gyoki (“breathing hands”), Do-Ho (physical exercises) and Katsugen (spontaneous movement), Kyoko introduces us to the basics of Sei-Ki.
Sei-Ki was founded by Akinobu Kishi Sensei (Masunaga’s assistant for over 10 years).
